Emma
Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson born to British lawyers Jacqueline Luesby & Chris Watson in Paris, France. After relocating to Oxfordshire around the age of five, Emma enrolled at The Dragon School. Emma was only six when she realized she wanted to become an actress. She trained for several years in Stagecoach Theatre Arts, a Part-time theatre school located in Oxford where she studied acting as well as singing. At the age of 10, she was performing and taking the lead in various Stagecoach productions and school plays. Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone (2000) The movie version to J.K. Rowlings bestselling novel was cast for very first time back in the year 1999. Emma was discovered as a casting representative by her Oxford teacher of drama. After eight consistent auditions director David Heyman told Emma and co-applicants Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint that they had been cast to play the three main characters Hermione Granger Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. Emma's debut film coincided with the release Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (2002). The highest-grossing movie of 2001 The film broke records for its opening day revenue as well as its opening weekend earnings. The film was praised by critics and the performances of the three leading actors of the young generation. The Daily Telegraph praised Emma for her excellent performance. Emma received the Young Artist Award as the most outstanding young actor in the Feature Film. Emma was nominated five times for her role in the movie.
